What it Takes to Win
- Personal lead generation

- Estimating project (within 72 hrs)
- Create proposal and project budget, and submit to Sales Facilitator
- Review scope, budgets, measurements an all other info and details to ensure accuracy prior to next department’s involvement (design or production)
- Be available and attend Pre-Con Meetings with client (homeowner) and PM
- Maintain appointment closing percentage of 25%
- Maintain weekly contact with clients of current projects
- Communicate effectively with PM & Design throughout life of the project
- Reliable accessibility (i.e. Cell phone, email, communicate time off to clients and Company)
Project Manager

What It Takes to Deliver
- Read and review project scope prior to Pre-Con Meeting
- Attend Pre-Con with sales and client (homeowner) - get necessary paperwork signed & turned in to office
- Confirm selections, details and accuracy of scope with homeowner
- Review Pre-Con checklist with the homeowner and set expectations for project process
- Set schedule - day to day activities for project and provide written copy to clients (update weekly)
- Maintain daily contact with homeowner throughout the project
- Maintain contact with sub-contractors throughout the project
- Approve payroll by end of business Wednesday and communicate any changes in invoiced amounts with subcontractors
- Maintain Cost Detail for each project and update weekly while approving payroll
- Maintain Chase Card charges - daily updates to project cost with charge amounts
- Establish and maintain open communication with sales and design about project changes and along with status and progress updates
- Communicate with Sales, facilitators and office on change orders
- Obtain final payment, client completion signatures & turn into office
- Maintain warranty service on project for first 90 days fter completion
Designer
Responsible for helping the customer design & select materials within scope of work. Selects tiles, solid surfaces materials, cabinetry, plumbing, sinks, flooring, hardware, lighting fixtures, carpet, & paint. Works with architect on layout of rooms.

- Work with clients to design or renovate spaces to meet their standards
- Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces
- Select samples, including flooring, carpet, and paint to be approved by client
- Choose color palettes
- Make sure materials fit within proposed budgets &/or figure upgraded pricing
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Maintain appointment closing percentage of 25%
- Work with vendors on the selection of pieces
- Use computer-aided design to create drawing
- Put together customers selections for approval
- Write up change orders & get customers approval
- Make sure all documents are turned into office & uploaded into CRM software
- Meet with subcontractors at jobsite for instructions on design
- Meet with vendors on new materials offered
- Visit supplier showrooms to ensure showroom has current & new materials.
- Attend supplier training when provided
